Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Rest of World: 10–21 business days

International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
